How to order?
Select the Template!
To place an order, simply select a template and finish the purchase. We will send you the template working file within 24 hours to your registered email, you may use this template link to edit the design. Once you’re satisfied with your creation, confirm it back to us and we take care of the rest. It’s that easy!
When will I get my order?
7 Business Days
Once you place an order with us! you will receive the template/upload link within 24 hours which remains active for 7 days. Once you finalize the design, We will work quickly to ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery time is within 7 working days.
Can I edit my design later?
Yes off course!
Once you receive template link. You have a full window of 7 days within which you may open/save/edit the design as many times as you want. If you need any help, our team is there to assist you at every step
Do I need to know editing/designing?
Not at all!
Once you receive the template link, you can easily edit the design by a drag and drop canva link tool.
If you still feel this is getting difficult, you can just upload the pictures and our design team can assist you in creating wonderful photobook designs
What is the return policy?
Finalize it before delivery!
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. This is why we provide a complete overview of how your design would look before shipping.
However, since this is a customized photobook and is specially designed based on customer's chosen pictures. We do not accept returns.
In case of damage/broken delivery, please let us know within 3 days of order received at our helpline number or email so that we can support with refund/replacement.
