How to order?

Choose a template you like and personalize it directly using our design tool. Once you’re happy with your design, simply complete the purchase. We’ll take care of the rest and process your order exactly as created. It’s that easy!
When will I get my order?
7 Business Days
Once you’ve personalized your design and completed the purchase, we’ll begin processing your order. It will be carefully prepared and delivered to you within 7 business days. You’ll also receive an email with shipping updates once your order is on its way.
Can I edit my design later?
Yes off course!
Your latest design is always automatically saved as you work. To continue editing your previous design, simply click on “Resume your previous book” on the designer page. If you need any help, our team is always there to assist you at every step.
Do I need to know editing/designing?
Not at all!
Our AI designer tool automatically creates your photobook design for you. Simply upload your photos, and your design will be generated instantly.
If you’d still like to make any changes, you can easily edit the design with just a few clicks. Its that simple!
What is the return policy?
Finalize it before delivery!
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. This is why we provide a complete overview of how your design would look before shipping.
However, since this is a customized photobook and is specially designed based on customer's chosen pictures. We do not accept returns.
In case of damage/broken delivery, please let us know within 3 days of order received at our helpline number or support@turtlememory clearly stating your order id with supporting images, so that we can support with refund/replacement.
